Life takes us in different directions sometimes. We end up going places and doing things we've never imagined.
And that's okay.
None of us want to live a boring and nonexistent life. We all yearn for excitement and adventure. And we become bored and depressed when we don't get them.
We want to be successful in life. We want our dreams to come true. And we go from job to job, opportunity to opportunity looking for them.
Proverbs 13:12 says that a "hope deferred makes the heart sick, but a dream fulfilled is a tree of life."
But dreams don't just manifest out of nowhere. We have to fight for our dreams and keep them fresh in our minds. We have to put some hard work into making them come true.
We can't expect that just thinking about them and hoping for them is going to make them happen. Faith without works is DEAD (James 2:20,26). So, hard work and a fair amount of risk is required to bring about our dreams.
And we can do it!
We can bring about our dreams and make them a reality. We can live them if we FIGHT for them.
Dreams don't come true on their own. But, if we go after them and never give up, never quit... we can have our dreams. We can live them.
We just can't EVER give up the fight!
